These Terms of Service (also called Terms and Conditions) cover use of the McDaniels Kitchen & Bath website, including our forms and online booking. Please review them before using our website.

Our website provides general information about kitchen and bath design, remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, tile and flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and our other products and services. Product images, colors, finishes, and specifications are for general reference: they can differ from the actual product, and manufacturers may change or discontinue items.

Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not by itself schedule work, reserve products, guarantee availability, establish a final price, or create a contract. Designs, quotes, orders, pricing, and timelines are confirmed separately in writing, and manufacturer warranties apply to the products they cover.

Online booking runs through Acuity Scheduling. A booked time is a request to meet with our team, and we may contact you to confirm or reschedule it.

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, and protection of information. Please review it before submitting information.

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive requests, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website text, images, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reuse.

Our website uses or links to services operated by third parties, such as HighLevel for our forms, Acuity Scheduling for booking, Google Maps, YouTube, and social media. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. We do not control their content or availability.
