Design
We create and you approve the design concept for your remodel, and then we work with you to select and order your products and materials.
Deliver
McDaniels stores your products and delivers them to the jobsite. Your designer also maintains ongoing communication to help with the smooth completion of your project.
Delight
After a final visit from your designer and our photographer, you are ready to enjoy your new space!
What to Expect at Each Phase

Our experienced designers are available for complimentary consultations.
Discover
- Schedule a complimentary appointment in our showroom by calling 517-482-0748 or by clicking here.
- Visit our state-of-the-art showroom to discuss your priorities and get inspired by our design displays and product samples.
- Meet your designer to review an analysis of how your project investment will be spent using our innovative budget analysis tool.
- Complete the discovery phase by scheduling an In-Home analysis of the project you envision. There is a nominal fee for this service.
Design
- After working with you to understand your vision, we will create a design incorporating your wants and needs.
- Next, we schedule a meeting with you to present the concept using floor plans and 3D views.
- Once you approve the space plan and pay the design retainer, we begin working with you on selecting specific products.
- We conclude the design phase with a 50% deposit and ordering of all products for your project.
Deliver
- We store your products in our warehouse and deliver when you need them, taking the stress out of managing product availability onsite to support the timely completion of your project.
- Your McDaniels designer holds a preconstruction meeting to ensure clear communication between everyone involved.
- Installation of your new design begins!
- Your designer is available throughout the installation for jobsite visits and ongoing communication to help ensure your project runs smoothly and the final design is exactly what you envisioned.
Delight
- We schedule a final visit from your designer and have your beautiful new space photographed.
- You can arrange for McDaniels to host a reveal party for your family and friends.
- Then you can relax and enjoy your home’s transformation!
